　皆様が神戸での留学中に菅原奨学金の支援を受け、無事に学業を修められ、日本内外でご活躍されていることを大変嬉しく、また誇りに存じます。このたび、神戸・菅原奨学金留学生(OB/OG)間のつながりを深め、現役奨学生との交流を促進することを目的として、アンケートを実施いたします。ご協力のほど、何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

We are truly grateful that you were able to pursue your studies in Kobe with the support of the Kobe–Sugawara Scholarship. It is a great pleasure for us to see our alumni successfully completing their studies and now contributing actively in Japan and around the world. To strengthen the connections among alumni and promote exchanges with current scholarship students, we are conducting this survey. We would greatly appreciate your kind cooperation.
