programs for the foreign students studying at universities and colleges
in Kobe.

Kobe International Center provides a part of the housing key money when
a foreign student studying at a university or college in Kobe(with a
student visa) rents a private apartment.

to 500,000yen(with no interest charged).The student will be required to
pay the ”Shikibiki-kin” that is deducted from the key money upon
terminating the residence contract. |

Duration of the loan
period shall not exceed in which the time the student rents the
residence. |

| The
Kobe International Center presents the “ Happy Memory Pass Kobe “ card
to foreign students in order to allow them to enjoy the cultural and
social aspects of living in Kobe. The pass allow free admission into
museums, parks, shrines and other cultural facilities in Kobe. |
