The KIC offers a sponsorfship and a subsidy in the maximum amount of¥100,000 for activities conducted
by private NGOs and international organizations located in the City of Kobe.
Newsletter AJISAI
AJISAI is a bi-monthly newsletter published by the KIC. Information useful to
foreign residents and articles encompassing international topics can be found
in AJISAI. The circulation of the newsletter is approximately 4900, which includes
Kobe City Hall, public buildings/facilities in Kobe, international organizations
in Kobe, each university and college in Hyogo Prefecture, and each international
exchange organization in Japan.

International Fair
Introducing the activities of international organizations in Kobe, the Kobe International
Fair is an event that encourages citizens to participate in international exchange
activities. Panel exhibitions, stage performances, and also an area to try on
traditional ethnic clothing/garments from around the world are part of the festivities.
Bilingual
Speech Contest
As a co-sponsor with the Kobe Cross-Cultural Association, the KIC holds the Bilingual
Speech Contest in Autumn, which is conducted in both English
and Japanese.
